You can manage your communication preferences by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. Alternatively, go to Account Settings > Notifications to toggle your email preferences.
For security, we recommend changing your password periodically. Go to Settings > Security, enter your current password, and set a new one. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Yes! Once you have completed 100% of the certification course requirements, a digital certificate will be automatically generated in your profile.
